Ztorque es un concepto de adaptaci\u00f3n de impedancia (Z) de banda ancha que no requiere ajuste. La tecnolog\u00eda se basa en la teor\u00eda de l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n con la ambici\u00f3n subyacente de absorber todas las ondas de torsi\u00f3n que llegan al top drive. Esto contrasta con el cl\u00e1sico sistema rotativo Softtorque (STRS) de Shell, que se centra en absorber las ondas de par del primer modo de vibraci\u00f3n y necesita una sintonizaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica (stand by stand) a medida que el pozo se profundiza.<\/b><\/p><p>Las principales propiedades de Ztorque son las siguientes:<\/p><ol><li>Capacidad de banda ancha para absorber los modos de vibraci\u00f3n torsional en la mayor\u00eda de las condiciones de perforaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>No requiere ajuste<\/li><\/ol><p>La capacidad del sistema para funcionar en todo el ancho de banda viene determinada por el dise\u00f1o del sistema y el hardware disponible en la plataforma. El rendimiento operativo de un sistema de este tipo puede analizarse mediante t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis de sistemas de control. El indicador clave de rendimiento utilizado se denomina Hummingbird Plot.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.softtorque.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ezgif-1-4a8f9341575c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"852\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p><h3>El enfoque \u00fanico de Electroproject para Ztorque<\/h3><p>Como parte del equipo de desarrollo de Ztorque, Electroproject tiene una visi\u00f3n \u00fanica de la funcionalidad y los antecedentes de la tecnolog\u00eda Ztorque. Estos conocimientos han dado lugar a una propuesta \u00fanica para la implementaci\u00f3n del controlador Ztorque:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">El controlador Ztorque de Electroproject es un controlador aut\u00f3nomo que puede utilizarse en todos los TD el\u00e9ctricos.<\/li><\/ul><p>La implementaci\u00f3n es menos intrusiva que otras soluciones, ya que el controlador no se programa en el VFD, sino en un IPC externo.<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">En una implementaci\u00f3n normal de Ztorque, el controlador se programa en el VFD durante la puesta en marcha. Hay pocas posibilidades de que la aplicaci\u00f3n afecte a los equipos existentes antes de la puesta en marcha. La implementaci\u00f3n de Electroproject es diferente. Electroproject Ztorque se configura y prueba antes de la puesta en marcha y, por lo tanto, tiene un perfil de bajo riesgo.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">La implantaci\u00f3n en la plataforma es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, ya que el controlador Ztorque ha sido probado previamente.
